|My whole life I've always wanted to help people. There is no greater reward than helping someone reach their goals, and assisting them in making their dreams come true. Real Estate has always been a passion of mine. When I was little, I was fascinated by homes, always rearranging and trying to make things look nice. I loved visiting other peoples' houses, and imagining my own stuff there, and how I would arrange it.
I knew I wanted a career where I could do the things I love: 1. Help people, and 2. Working with homes. So becoming a real estate agent was the perfect fit. I continued my education at San Jose State University, graduating with a BA in Communication (knowing that this was essential for my career path). Just a couple weeks after graduating, I immediately started working with a Realtor in Santa Cruz, and started studying for my Real Estate License. Working side by side with an agent for about a year and a half- I learned all facets of the business, getting hands on experience working with clients, and gaining knowledge of the escrow process. I quickly saw that I was perfect for the job. I soon got my Real Estate license, and made the decision to start working on my own.
I hold myself high on the ethics of Real Estate, and the fiduciary duty I have to my clients. My goal is to have a win win situation with all parties involved in my transactions. If someone is left unhappy, than I have not done my job. I believe there is always a way to close on a transaction leaving everyone feeling happy and satisfied. If there is one thing that I would have to say is the key factor in a successful transaction, it would be communication. So I seek a constant flow of honest and clear communication from the very beginning, allowing everyone to be on the same page. My clients come first, without sacrificing my morals and ethics to my job.
