Felton Real Estate Market Update January 2012
The Felton real estate single family residential homes increase from 5 to 8 units in December 2011. New listings dropped by half from 8 to 4 units. With an inventory of 110 listings on the market in Felton and interest rates at historically low levels, there are excellent opportunities for buyers. Felton Real Estate Market Update March 2012
The Felton area had a significant
increase in closed transactions for March 2012 with 9 homes sold, whereas in
February only 3 homes sold. The available residential new inventory from
February to March declined from 9 to 5 units. The average single-family residence
sales price for March 2012 was $344,275. With low interest rates this is an
ideal time for homebuyers to enter the Felton real estate market. American
Dream Realty has many new listings that will become available during the year.
