Main Beach / Cowell:  Search Luxury Real Estate & Beach Homes Popular with tourists and athletes the Santa Cruz Main Beach has it all. Surfing on the Cowell side of Main Beach (to the right of the Municipal Wharf) has been going strong for 100+ years. Lifeguard towers operate in the summer months for swimmers and tourists enjoying the endless waves that lap at the shores.  Dining and shopping are directly across the sand as well as the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk for amusement park lovers.

Natural Bridges State Beach community Natural Bridges is one of the best locations in Santa Cruz California for tide-poolers. The monarch butterflies in the eucalyptus trees above the beach from Late September through December are also a big draw to nature lovers. Walking trails through the groves and bicycle trails leading up the Coast are also part of what Natural Bridges has to offer.

Santa Cruz Harbor Beach / Twin Lakes Beach / Seabright beach properties  Adjacent to each other, the Santa Cruz Harbor Beach and Twin Lakes Beach have long been favored by Santa Cruz locals. Pleasure Point real estate The Pleasure Point Beach area is a popular beach and surfing spot in the Eastside of Santa Cruz California. While the beach is relatively small, it is dog friendly and a great access point to the big waves off the point.
